Only what you choose to share, request by request; for Health context you can pick a summary or be asked every time.
Is it in the Free plan?
Free has 5 one-off trial messages; continued use requires Pro or Max.
What is the “proactive mind”?
With Pro or Max, the assistant prepares a morning briefing, a weekly recap and a monthly analysis on its own. On Free they would use up the 5 trial messages within days.
Can it ask others for help on my behalf?
Yes: “we need someone for…” or “ask Luca if…” become a request. Family members get a notification and the first to answer “I'll do it” takes it; for people without the app the assistant prepares a link to send. If the time is missing, it asks you first.
