Frequently asked questions
Are photos encrypted on the servers too?
Yes: they're encrypted on the device with the family key. The servers only hold unreadable files.
How much space do they use?
They count toward the family storage, which depends on the plan; the summary is in Settings.
Can I share an album with the grandparents?
Not yet: albums are visible to family members. You can, however, invite one more member.
